Refund policy

House of HaHa accepts returns only in the case of defects or errors. It's important to us that you are happy, if there is a problem with your order or product please let us know using our contact page and we'll do our best to help. You can also email us directly at Returns@HouseOfHaHa.com. Remember to include your order number!

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
